Listening exercise
The monster without a name is a short animation. A good way to hear Japanese and, if you get lost, pause the video and check the subtitles. I'll be trying (veeeery slowly) to transcribe this video as much as I can.
This is excellent! Bari-bari, kusha-kusha, baki-baki, okun! If I look at the subs, then I think I understand 80%, whereas in reality it's more like 20%. I'm very delighted that I could catch the monster counter "ippiki" (One went east, one went west), which would be the counter for smaller animals. I haven't looked at the subs except for two scenes or so, and I'll try to watch and listen before I do. Do you have more of these?
